Captain Vibia can be found on the top floor of the Kualti Headquarters and serves as Prince Itzla Arkan's replacement as leader of the Knights of Varlamore during his absence following the events of The Heart of Darkness. She assists the player in capturing Forebearer Janus during The Final Dawn.

She appears to be missing her left arm.
