Together We'll Fall is an elite combat achievement which requires the player to kill all three Vanguards within ten seconds of killing the first one.
Strategy
For solo-run attempts, be sure raid scaling is set to "0" for the easiest fight, as scaling a raid to "1" doubles boss health.
After the Vanguards are at critically low health and perform a shuffle, dump high-damaging attacks on them as the health threshold will no longer exist to force a heal. This task is best completed in group encounters. If attempting in a solo encounter, it is recommended to kill the melee, magic and then ranged Vanguard in that order. One effective tactic is to kill the magic vanguard and then use the Voidwaker special attacks to quickly dispose of the remaining two.
