A slice of birthday cake is an item available during some of Old School RuneScape's birthday events by taking a slice off the birthday cake. Eating the cake heals 3 hitpoints. This item can not be banked.

Events

During Old School's first birthday, it was blue in colour, and was available by taking a slice off the birthday cake in Prifddinas.

During Old School's second birthday, it was available by taking a slice off the birthday cake in Varrock Square, although the colour of the cake has been changed to yellow.

During Old School's fifth birthday, it was available by taking a slice off the birthday cake in the Falador Party Room, although the colour of the cake has been changed to purple, adding alongside decorations of runes.

During Old School's seventh birthday, it was available by taking a slice off the birthday cake in Juliet's house. The cake has the same appearance as in 2018.

During Old School's eleventh birthday, it was available by taking a slice off the birthday cake in the Falador Party Room, although the colour of the cake has been changed to green.

During Old School's twelfth birthday, it was available by taking a slice off the birthday cake in the Falador Party Room, although the colour of the cake has been changed to black.

During Old School's thirteenth birthday, it was available by taking a slice off the birthday cake in the Falador Party Room, although the colour of the cake has been changed to yellow.

Additionally, a birthday cake visually identical to the 2018 and 2020 versions of the slice of birthday cake was available during the Mobile Anniversary event and could be taken from the Varrock Square fountain, which had been turned into cake.
