Jagged reefs

Jagged reefs are a sailing hazard found around the island of Crandor and in Aehecatl. Attempting to traverse these waters will significantly slow the player's boat and continuously damage it (5 damage around Crandor and 20 damage in Aehecatl). It will also give the chatbox message The jagged reefs here shred the underside of the boat! No hull nor keel can withstand them! Currently, there is no way to mitigate the effects of jagged reefs.
