Inspect Repellent is a hard combat achievement which requires the player to kill Sarachnis without her dealing damage to anyone.
Strategy
This achievement is most easily done with melee in a solo encounter, as this makes Sarachnis' attacks very predictable. To avoid damage from her, the player should stand in the centre of the room as she spawns, activate protect from melee, and wait for her sticky web attack. Once she says "Hsss!", the player should change to protect from missiles and start spam clicking her, and as soon as the player starts moving, change prayer back to protect from melee. If done correctly, she should only use her ranged attack once per web and complete the Ready to Pounce achievement as well.
Alternatively, the achievement can be completed by standing in the centre of the room using a halberd and praying protect from missiles. With running turned off, the player will not accidentally get within Sarachnis' melee range and can thus defeat her without ever switching prayers.
The Aranea boots are invaluable for this achievement. Players with access to the boots will bypass Sarachnis' sticky web every time and will only need to stay within melee range with protect from melee and running on. This method in a solo encounter is by far the easiest way to complete the achievement.
Taking damage from her spawns will not fail this achievement.
