The goblin skull is a bone dropped by goblins that is on the Odd Old Man's wish-list during the Rag and Bone Man I quest. It must be put in a pot of vinegar, making a bone in vinegar, which then must be boiled on the pot-boiler to produce a polished goblin skull. The polished bone can then be handed in to the Odd Old Man.

After the quest is complete, it is no longer possible to obtain this item.
