The giant bat wing is a bone dropped by giant bats that is on the Odd Old Man's wish-list during the Rag and Bone Man I quest. It must be put in a pot of vinegar, making a bone in vinegar, which then must be boiled on the pot-boiler to produce a polished giant bat wing. The polished bone can then be handed in to the Odd Old Man.

After the quest is complete, it is no longer possible to obtain this item.
