Cyreg Paddlehorn is the boatman and an associate of the Myreque. He can be found to the south-east of the town of Mort'ton, near the bridge leading to the Barrows.

After gaining his trust during the In Search of the Myreque quest, Cyreg will offer to ferry players to an area in the centre of Mort Myre Swamp, near the Hollows, for the small price of ten coins; those wearing a ring of charos(a) can charm him into giving rides for free. In addition, although Cyreg himself is not present at the end point near the Hollows, his boat can still be used to travel from there to Mort'ton, free of charge, serving as a handy shortcut to the southern parts of Morytania, sparing players from a long journey through the swampland as well as attacks by ghasts, leeches and feral vampyres.

• After the In Search of the Myreque quest, if a player speaks to Cyreg, he will say that he feels guilty for telling the player how to get to the Myreque Hideout because the player had unknowingly led Vanstrom straight to their hideout, which caused Sani Piliu and Harold Evans to be killed by Vanstrom.
• Cyreg is the only fully human NPC in Mort'ton, with the exception of Dampe and the afflicted members of the town cured during the Shades of Mort'ton quest. Despite this, neither the Loar Shades nor the afflicted seem to have any interest in him.
