Budget Setup is a grandmaster combat achievement which requires the player to kill TzKal-Zuk without using a twisted bow for the entire Inferno run.
Strategy
Effective alternative ranged weapons to the twisted bow include the bow of Faerdhinen or Zaryte crossbow along with a toxic blowpipe. Using a Tumeken's shadow (optionally with an Eye of ayak) is also viable, although care must be taken due to the lower defences of magic armour.
