Wasn't Even Close is a grandmaster combat achievement which requires the player to kill TzKal-Zuk without falling below 50 hitpoints at any point during the Inferno run.
Strategy
All waves will need to be dealt with cautiously, as all of the Inferno monsters hit very hard and the later waves will consist of multiple monsters that use different combat styles, which can easily combo the player out if their attacks aren't protected against. The primary threats for this achievement generally involve double Jal-Aks, a Jal-Zek with a Jal-Xil, or any combination of the three monsters. Try to heal to full (and overheal if necessary) before the start of the next wave to minimise the chance of falling below 50 hitpoints.
Once the first Jal-Zek appears, players are highly encouraged to have Protect from Magic on before the start of the next wave, as the mager has a max hit of 70, which will drop the player below the threshold if they aren't fully boosted (120 or 121 hitpoints). The other monsters have lower max hits, with the ranger having a max hit of 46. Jal-ImKots have a max hit of 49, but they can only attack in melee distance. In these waves with magers, players can position the monsters and use justiciar armour and Protect from Magic to maximise ranged defence.
During Zuk's wave, the damage is more predictably avoided. When Zuk summons his Jal-MejJaks, their blasts will not void the achievement if they drop the player's health below 50, since it isn't a targeted attack. However, if any other monster attacks them off prayer while their health is below 50, they will void the achievement.
