The bruised banana is an item that may be obtained by rummaging through the spooky cauldron and taking "something squishy". It is used alongside the old wool, smelly sock, and spooky egg to create the terrifying charm, which are used in the 2022 and 2023 Halloween events.
The bruised banana has an "Eat" option, which gives a game message in the chatbox stating You eat the Bruised banana. It's slimy and not at all delicious. Eating it does not restore health and it cannot be cut with a knife.
During the 2022 and 2023 Halloween event, it was randomly obtained by trick-or-treating men, women, and guards.
