The blacksmith of Cam Torum is a merchant who runs the Cam Torum Blacksmith shop, found at the city's forge north of the bank.
During Perilous Moons, the player must take the enchanted earth talisman and enchanted water talisman to the blacksmith to create an infused earth talisman and infused water talisman.
