An enchanted earth talisman is received alongside an enchanted water talisman during Perilous Moons, after giving a water and earth talisman to Nahta. Both talismans are created from their unenchanted versions and obtained simultaneously. They are then given to the blacksmith to infuse them, giving back the player an infused earth talisman and an infused water talisman.

Bug:

While both standard talismans are given to the player during the quest, Nahta (erroneously) only requires one of them to create both enchanted talismans.
