Builder 1 and Builder 2 are a pair of builders that transport the building supplies used to make the campsites within Neypotzli during the Perilous Moons quest. Before the quest, they can be found outside the entrance to Cam Torum, blocked from entering by Attala. After the quest, they remain within the Neypotzli antechamber.

In game, they share a model and are treated as the same NPC, though they have separate dialogue and chatheads. Their dialogue is quite philosophical, which contrasts with their simple appearance, job, and speech patterns.

• If spoken to when walking through Cam Torum, the builders will say "To me! To you!" which is a famous catchphrase of the British comedy duo, the Chuckle Brothers.
• Their juxtaposition of being simple builders but with wise and philosophical dialogue is inspired from Monty Python.^[1]
