A bell-pull can be built in the bell pull space of the dining room in a player-owned house. It requires 37 Construction to build and gives 120 experience when built. The player must have a hammer and a saw in their inventory to build it.

Bell-pulls immediately call the player's servant provided they currently have one employed, making the placement of a dining room important for efficient Construction training. It is functionally identical to a rope bell-pull, making it solely a cosmetic upgrade.
