The Water tank can be found on the second floor of the elemental workshop. It is one of the four machines used to make a primed bar from elemental metal. This machine quenches the pressed metal. After quenching the bar, it has to be cooled in the wind tunnel.

It is operated with two water valves, a corkscrew lever and a nearby lever. Before it can be operated, a section of broken pipe has to be replaced with a new pipe.
