A player turns the lever.

The Corkscrew lever can be found on the second floor of the elemental workshop. It is used to transport the primed bar on the jig cart into the water tank. The nearby water valves must then be used to fill and empty the tank, after which the corkscrew lever must be used again to take the quenched bar out of the tank.
