Two-Down is a master combat achievement which requires the player to kill the Pestilent Bloat before he shuts down a third time.
Strategy
This achievement is very easy to accomplish as long as players are using the best strength gear they can afford, or elite void. Ideally some players should have the Scythe of Vitur, though players should have at least a crystal halberd, dragon claws, and a salve amulet (e) since the Bloat is susceptible to the amulet's effects.
