Torn robes are a quest item in the Spirits of the Elid quest. They are found by searching the cupboards in the Elidinis Statuette building in Nardah. They must be repaired with a needle and thread to make the Robe of elidinis, which the player must wear to enter the Water Ravine Dungeon farther north along the River Elid. The costume needle will not work for this.
