The Stone Relief can be found in the Forthos Dungeon, in the room directly east of the main entrance of the Forthos Ruins (the end of the hall containing Undead Druids).

Once a player receives the temple key, a second entrance into the dungeon to the east (just north of the temple spiders) can be found past the gated door.

In order to go through the Stone Relief, players must first activate the passage by using the temple coin on it.

After unlocking the passage, players can use the Stone Relief to enter the room with Eodan and the Sacred Bone Burner.
