Saradomin page 4 is a potential reward from all tiers of Treasure Trails, except beginner.

It can be added to a damaged Saradomin god book, which can be chosen as a reward from the Horror from the Deep quest or purchased afterwards from Jossik for 5,000 coins.

Once all four Saradomin pages are added to the damaged Saradomin god book, it becomes a holy book equipable in the shield slot. It can be used to preach from, and used to bless holy symbols (50 Prayer required).

The four Saradomin pages can also be packed together into a holy book page set with a Grand Exchange Clerk.
