Guthix page 4 is a potential reward from all tiers of Treasure Trails, except beginner.

It can be added to a damaged Guthix god book, which can be chosen as a reward from the Horror from the Deep quest or purchased afterwards from Jossik for 5,000 coins.

Once all four Guthix pages are added to the damaged Guthix god book, it becomes a book of balance equipable in the shield slot. It can be used to preach from, and used to bless holy or unholy symbols (50 Prayer required).

The four Guthix pages can also be packed together into a book of balance page set with a Grand Exchange Clerk.
