Mod Freddie is a Technical Designer at Jagex. Not long after joining they pitched Puffins! at Game Jam V. They were heavily involved in the technical implementation of Project Zanaris before moving over to designing the tasks, rewards, and grid layout for Grid Master.

• An NPC version of Mod Freddie was seen in the background of the final cutscene of the 2025 Christmas event, weeping outside where Muffin the puffin has been locked in the Varrock pillory. Mod Freddie's work in Game Jam V involved a set of puffin-themed quests, including one where players freed some puffins from the Ardougne Zoo.
