Thalzar's Crandor Map part is a quest item used only in Dragon Slayer I. This map part is found in a chest sealed behind a magic door in the Dwarven Mines under the foothills of Ice Mountain. This door and room is located east of Drogo's Mining Emporium. To open the door to this room, a lobster pot, silk, an unfired bowl, and a wizard's mind bomb must be used on the door to open it.

When all three map parts are in the inventory, using any two pieces on each other will combine all three into the Crandor map, which is given to Ned.
