Leaving No One Behind is a medium combat achievement which requires the player to subdue the Wintertodt without any of the pyromancers falling. It is only completed if at least 500 points are earned in the fight. This task can often be achieved passively by playing Wintertodt in the official Wintertodt worlds.
Strategy
Actively attempting this task involves a lot of running, so it is recommended to wear weight-reducing clothing in slots not already filled with warm clothing. Stamina potions may be required if player has low Agility level. Prior to the round starting, collect several unfinished rejuvenation potions and harvest equal amount of bruma herbs from sprouting roots. Add herbs to unfinished potions and get ready for round to start by standing close to any of the four braziers. It might be helpful to choose either of the northern braziers, since there's often enough players at southern braziers keeping pyromancers healthy.
When the round starts light the closest brazier, chop bruma roots few times and add them to burning braziers. Run to all four pyromancers and use rejuvenation potions on them to heal them. Chop bruma roots again, add them to brazier and heal all pyromancers. Continue repeating that until the round ends making sure you finish with at least 500 points.
