The KGP ID card is an item used during Cold War. During the quest, it is obtained from Noodle the penguin after giving him five feathers and one lump of swamp tar. The card is used to gain access to the Killer Gentoo Penguins Headquarters on the Iceberg during the quest. Players do not need the card to access the headquarters afterwards.

For collectors, be cautious after the quest's end. Noodle, who trades you this, is no longer present afterward, making this item unobtainable if lost.
