KGP Headquarters is a hidden base at the Iceberg when starting the quest Cold War. The main entrance is guarded by Noodle, both posing as a KGP Agent and a black market merchant. To gain access inside the avalanche, players must trade Noodle one swamp tar and five feathers to obtain a fake mission report, a KGP id card, and access to the avalanche entrance.

Unrestricted Rooms

Upon entering the Headquarters through the avalanche, players are free to roam around any room before approaching the secure door to the north.

Interrogation room

After entering the KGP Headquarters through the avalanche, players can head to the interrogation room to the west and either view the interrogation chair or head west towards a corridor leading to the Penguin Agility Course. Players can access the Agility course before and after the quest. In addition, the player must deliver all of the mission reports to the KGP Agent in this room.

Music room

Players can head to the music room to see aspiring musicians, Ping and Pong, along with various instruments in the room. These instruments include the Cello, Clarinet, Flute, Guitar, Harp, Piano, and Trumpet. Besides examining the instruments, players cannot play or interact with these instruments nor the music scores near their beds.

Restricted Rooms

Players can head to the north near the secure door and talk to the KGP Agent after the player obtains the KGP id card.

War room

The war room is located to the east and contains two sections: one consists of a briefing room with a map and bright lights, and the other section is where penguins are recreating the mechanics of the clockwork suit taken from the player. To gain access to the war room, players must distract the KGP Agent at the controls station by giving Ping and Pong a cowbell and Penguin bongos. Ping and Pong will make some music, distracting the KGP Agent at the controls to investigate. Whilst the KGP Agent goes to investigate the loud music, players will need to head to the controls quickly and open the secure door. The anti-magic system will detect the player upon entering the war room with Pescaling Pax, throwing the player into the Icelord cage.

Icelord Cage

Inside the cage, there are four aggressive Icelords: three that use melee and one wielding icicles that uses ranged. They are all weak to magic attacks, so it is recommended to use the best magic spell available to the player. Pescaling Pax intends to use these Icelords as a strike force when they do invade the mainland. After defeating the Icelord wielding icicles, the player can either teleport out or use the exit out of the cage door to the west and then climb out of the headquarters with the chasm to the east.
