Trivia

Their models and animations are based off the giant ant workers and giant ant soldiers that appeared in the Back to my Roots quest, originally released in RuneScape 2 on 9 October 2007. The original models can still be found in the Old School RuneScape game files.
The name Anthony given in the monster's examine text is likely a reference to the 2015 film Ant-Man.
