Fountain is used in Ernest the Chicken quest, and is located outside Draynor Manor in the south-west corner.
During the quest, a pressure gauge can be found inside the fountain. However, it is guarded by piranhas that are inside the fountain, and in order to obtain the pressure gauge players must kill the piranhas by using poisoned fish food on the fountain.
This fountain is not a water source.
