The cowboy is a young boy found north of Fred the Farmer's farm during the 2018 Christmas event. He opened his Christmas present early, causing Jack Frost to put a curse on him, causing his hair to turn green and and the tails on the cows he is looking after to fall off.
He will ask you to find the cow tails and put them back on the cows, much like the children's game Pin the tail on the donkey.
