The Bruise Blamish Snail can be found in the depths of the Mort Myre Swamp. Their attacks deal Ranged damage despite having a similar animation to Curse. Like other snails found within Mort Myre, wearing a snelm will reduce the damage taken by their attacks.

Two variants of the snail exist in close proximity with each other - one with a round shell and another with a pointed shell, both of which are 100% drops from their respective variants. A chisel can be used on the dropped shell to make a bruise blue snelm. Their pointed snelm is required for a medium clue step.

Both types of bruise blamish snails spawn just north-east of Fairy ring BKR.

These drops are only applicable to round Bruise Blamish Snails.
