The Bob icon can be built in the icon space of the chapel in a player-owned house. It requires 71 Construction to build and gives 1,160 experience when built. The player must have a hammer and a saw in their inventory to build it.

Building this icon aligns the player's chapel toward Bob the Jagex Cat. It does not align the symbol on the altar however; the altar will remain in its default alignment to Saradomin. It will also change the statues in the room to statues of cats.
