Animated steel armour is a set of armour enchanted by Tarn Razorlor when players battle with him in his lair. The piles of armour in the arena will animate themselves if the player walks next to them when fighting Tarn. They do not need to be killed to complete the fight.

Strangely, they drop an iron platebody on defeat instead of steel armour.
