A venator heart can be obtained by killing venators with the Sunspear special attack, which is then inserted into the player's inventory rather than a drop that requires picking up. If the player's inventory is full, the heart is not obtained.

Venator hearts can be offered on the aranei shrine to restore 50% special attack energy and up to 24 prayer points. Leaving Vampyrium with the heart will cause it to turn into a dried out venator heart.

Bug:

If the player has built the bank chest in Vampyrium, Venator hearts can be stored in the player's bank without drying out. These can be safely pulled out of the bank once the player has left Vampyrium.
