Swoop No More is a master combat achievement which requires the player to kill Kree'arra in a private instance without taking any melee damage from the boss or his bodyguards.
Strategy
Although killing Kree'arra using Protect from Melee would complete this task, Kree'arra consistently hits high damage with ranged so this is not recommended.
Kree'arra only closes in for melee attacks if he is not presently targeted, so if distance is maintained while using Protect from Missiles, the only threat for melee damage will be Flight Kilisa. Flight Kilisa only has level 50 Magic and no magic defence, so she can be bound with magic fairly reliably.
If you're having trouble binding Flight Kilisa, it's possible to toggle Protect from Melee only while Flight Kilisa is alive and killing her by immediately stepping under Kree'arra. Once Flight Kilisa dies, quickly turn your prayers back to Protect from Missiles and Rigour and step out of Kree'arra to damage him. Repeat the previous process when Flight Kilisa respawns, 2 or 3 repetitions should be enough to complete the combat achievement. Tagging Flight Kilisa and Kree'arra using RuneLite makes this process easier by showing you their tiles and helping you quickly noticing respawns.
Alternatively, players will usually complete this task passively by the time they get to 100 kills, as long as Kree'arra is fought in a private instance each time. Simply stay out of Kree'arra's melee range and minimize Kilisa's accuracy against the player by using strong armour and a super defence or bastion potion.
