A regular cape is any cape which can be coloured with dye. Despite being similar in appearance, the Fremennik cloaks are not capable of being dyed. All capes are available for free-to-play players except for the pink cape, which can only be dyed by members who have started the quest The Hand in the Sand.
Recolouring
The following combinations can be created by using dyes on any of the regular capes:
