Perfect Leviathan is a master combat achievement which requires the player to kill the Leviathan five times without leaving and taking any avoidable damage.

Avoidable damage includes:

• Standard rapid-fire volleys
• Getting hit by falling debris during and outside of enrage phase
• Bite damage
• Lightning Barrage damage
• Smoke Blast damage (avoiding boulders and the blast itself)
• Prayer-piercing damage during the enrage phase from being outside the range of the abyssal pathfinder

Note: Taking damage from one of the rapid-fire volleys during the transition to the enrage phase—while praying the correct style—will not disqualify the player from a 'perfect' kill. During the enrage phase, however, standing outside the abyssal pathfinder's area and taking this damage will disqualify the player, regardless of whether the correct protection prayer is active.

As the task's description implies, you must simply achieve 5 perfect kills in a single instance, rather than having to do so 5 kills in a row. This means that even if you achieve multiple perfect kills and fail before completing the task, you can continue to attempt perfect kills without leaving, providing that you have sufficient supplies to do so.
