The letter is an item given to the player by Jorral in the outpost north of West Ardougne to deliver to King Lathas of East Ardougne during Making History.

The contents of this letter ask the king not to demolish the outpost as planned. In return for delivering this letter, the king will give the player another letter to deliver back to Jorral.
