A ladder is scenery found on the balcony of the Blue Moon Inn in Varrock during the 25th Anniversary event. The ladder leads to the roof of the inn, where BigRedJapan is located. This was added to allow free-to-play players to talk to BigRedJapan to complete the event, since the roof is otherwise only accessible by following the members-only Varrock Rooftop Course at level 30 Agility.
The ladder remained after completion of the event, allowing free-to-play players to still access the roof.
