A growth is found in the Scar, which only appears upon completion of Desert Treasure II - The Fallen Empire. It can be plucked to obtain abyssal potatoes, which can be fed to Brutus in the Lumbridge cow field in order to initiate the Demonic Brutus encounter.
When plucked, a game message appears, stating You harvest an odd looking object. It kind of looks like a potato.
