The greenman statue can be built in a garden or formal garden in a player-owned house. It has no requirements to build, nor does it give any experience. The player must have a hammer and a saw in their inventory to build it.

Within the garden, it can be built in the centrepiece space, Big Plant space 1, and Big Plant space 2 hotspots. Within the formal garden, it can only be built in the centrepiece space.

If the furniture is removed, players will receive their greenman statue back, allowing them to sell it if they so wish.
