Frank is a small mutated bloodveld that roams all over Darkmeyer. He is a pet that belongs to Natalidae Shadum. The player is able to pet Frank (with the player saying "Who's a good boy?") as well as give him raw and cooked mystery meat and blood pints. Despite missing him, it is not possible to return Frank to his owner.

- Frank had a festive override wearing a black santa hat during the 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 Christmas events.
- Petting Frank has been a recurring task during various Leagues. So far, this task has appeared in the Shattered Relics League, the Trailblazer Reloaded League, Raging Echoes League, and the Demonic Pacts League. In the task description, he was described as "Darkmeyer's goodest boy".
