The Ethereal Man was found in the Dream World during Lunar Diplomacy. He explained the Dream World and describes what the player must do there. The Ethereal Man appeared to male players only; if the player was female, the Ethereal Lady would appear instead.
The Ethereal Man and Lady were removed and replaced by an Ethereal Being following an update on 26 June 2024 as part of a Diversity & Inclusion change.
