A Dripping vine can be found in the Pit of Pestilence in the Stronghold of Security. When climbing down from the Catacomb of Famine, one arrives right next to the vine. The vine can then be used to climb back to the start of the Catacomb of Famine.

Although the examine text says it is covered in goo, the goo covered vine is a different vine.
