Denying the Healers is a master combat achievement which requires the player to complete the TzHaar Fight Cave without letting any of the Yt-MejKot heal themselves or any other monster.
Strategy
Yt-MejKot can only heal if they are within melee distance of the player, so players are recommended to use safespots or position them behind other monsters so they cannot reach the player while killing them.
