Demon Evasion is an elite combat achievement which requires the player to kill Skotizo without taking any damage.
Strategy
In order to not take any damage the player must pray Protect from Magic and stay out of melee distance from Skotizo, the three reanimated demon spawns, and the dark ankou. The dark ankou will only start following the player if the player gets too close. Using a ranged weapon with a high attack range will make it easier to keep distance from the enemies while running. Take Arclight or Emberlight to quickly kill the Awakened Altars. Multi-target binds such as ice burst or ice barrage can be cast when the 3 demon spawns are grouped together in order to freeze them and allow the player to briefly stop and attack Skotizo. Since this achievement requires a lot of running, several stamina potions should be taken. The self-damaging effects of ruby dragon bolts (e), ruby bolts (e), and divine potions will not cause the achievement to fail.
An alternative strategy involves limiting the amount of mechanics one has to deal with. Skotizo can summon the reanimated demon spawns once his health drops below 300, so keep him above that while you deal with the following: After the Awakened Altars have been activated, keep them active for 3 minutes before killing them. They will then stop activating. You can then kill the Dark Ankou since it can only spawn when an Altar is active. Following this, you will just need to kite the reanimated demon spawns around Skotizo. When the reanimated demon spawns are following you in a line, you can also bind the first one in the line which stops them all as they cannot go through each other. They can go through Skotizo, however. You will still need to deal with the reanimated demon spawns as they will still spawn after 3 minutes. Killing two of the reanimated demon spawns also prevents re-spawning them, so you only have to kite one of them.
