A lone zombie pirate is found at the shipwreck at Pyre Cove, just east of the Chaos Temple in level 12 Wilderness. He will tell players about the zombie pirates attacking the elder chaos druids at the temple, as well as the zombie pirate keys they drop.
His check option will tell the player how many times they have opened the Zombie Pirate's Locker, and whether or not they've read the teleport anchoring scroll.
