A wooden cart being pulled by the Cart Camel can be found in the centre of the Desert Mining Camp. During The Tourist Trap quest, players must use the wooden cart to smuggle Ana, who is in a barrel, out of the camp by complimenting and convincing the mine cart driver to leave.
