A tunnel connects the Kalphite Lair to the Dorgesh-Kaan South Dungeon, culminating in the blocked tunnel on the other end. As the latter is a dark area, bringing a light source is highly advisable.

As the fairy ring AJQ takes one to the Dorgesh-Kaan South Dungeon, the tunnel can be a convenient way to reach the Kalphite Queen.
