Sticky bile is scenery left behind by the Maggot King's magic attack. Standing on the bile deals minor damage, drains Attack, Strength, or Defence, and delays the player's next attack by one tick. It remains where it lands until it is covered over with carrion or stepped on.
If the Maggot King attacks with ranged, poisonous bile are instead left behind.
